A splendid quality pair of antique late Victorian 18ct yellow gold cufflinks set with twin old cut Diamonds and a single Ruby and Sapphire (the red, white and blue) celebrating Queen Victoria's golden jubilee in 1887.

These are a superior pair and from the quality of the hand cut gemstones to the beautifully buttery patina to the high carat gold, and gentle oval shaping are a precious find. Each of the cuffs measure 2cm by 1.5cm and they are joined by gorgeous classic '8' shaped links. Presented in an hand made antique case of the period.
